| 3 | How long will my vacancy be displayed on JOBSHOP? |
| | Your vacancy will be displayed for 60 consecutive days. You can re-new for a further 60 days by purchasing a new JOBSHOP TOKEN at any time before the expiry date. |

| 4 | How do I modify my vacancy? |
| | You can MODIFY your vacancy at any time during the 60 day period.
1) Go to RECRUITERS section located on the left hand menu
2) LOGIN with your Username and Password
3) You are now in MY JOBSHOP section
4) Click on YOUR VACANCIES located on the left menu
5) Click on the vacancy you wish to modify from your vacancy list
6) Modify your vacancy and then click on the UPDATE button
7) Do not forget to confirm your Username and Password before you submit
8) Once RE-SUBMITTED your vacancy will go LIVE instantly

| 5 | I wish to change my USERNAME and/or PASSWORD? |
| | 1) LOGIN with your current Username and Password
2) Click on the CHANGE DETAILS button
3) You will now be able to change your LOGIN details.
For Security Reasons, we recommend you always select a PASSWORD which is a NON-DICTIONARY WORD and based on UPPER CASE, LOWER CASE, NUMERALS

| 6 | How do I change my RECRUITERS details? |
| | 1) LOGIN under the RECRUITERS menu located on the left.
2) Click the UPDATE YOUR DETAILS menu
3) Your details will then be displayed
3) To change your details, click on CHANGE DETAILS button
4) You will then be able to change your details
5) To submit your new details, click on the UPDATE button

| | 1) LOGIN under the JOB SEEKERS menu located on the left.
2) You are now in MY JOBSHOP
3) Click on the YOUR CV located on the menu
4) You will now be able to change your online CV
5) Submit your new details by clicking the CHANGE DETAILS button
